Hello! I'm your cheerleader and I am in fact pretty excited about your story, since I like both Simon and AAI2 an awful lot. Will need to actually PLAY the game to get the names properly stuck in my head! (I watched a YouTube translation that used different names than the translated ROM at a time when the ROM was only on case 2.)
My feeling on cheerleading is that the concept is great for making sure that you've got somebody to provide support and encouragement without having to also navigate the more complicated territory of beta-reading with the same person. I can stick to 'you can do it!' / 'I really like this one bit where you did this thing' or I can do a little more actual in-depth feedback if you like, i.e. answering when asked whether I like option A, B, or C better, or suggesting that maybe you could expand on this one scene, that sort of thing.
I'm in US eastern time but I have excessive free time on my hands right now. I guess Japan is 13 hours later (as I write this it's a little past noon and worldtimeserver.com says it's a bit after 1am in Japan), which isn't great for realtime chat as it means that my approximate sleep time or midnight or 1 to 8am or 9am runs from 1-2pm through 9-10pm for you, but I can chat before bed (and possibly even stay up a little late) or first thing in the morning sometimes, on Chatzy or Google or possibly other places.
